    Jabbed 200mg Primo last night and still just on 500 extra cals a day. Last November, I let the handbrake off and within 6 weeks I went from 255 to 273 with full abs and intercostals but apnea came back. Of course, I am being much more careful this time.

    No meetings today, prepping for excavation work on Friday and Saturday for extension.

    Back in Nortons tonight for legs.

    His missus has a teenage daughter.

    No chance is the handbrake fully off mate, just extra 500 cals per day and 200mg Primo a week. I've got to be sensible, don't want to rocket in weight like last time!!

    Legs at Nortons, late so run out door with no knee sleeves, really paid for that.

    Hack Squat : 4 sets but with little weight as knees so painful.
    Lying Ham Curl : better.
    Leg Extensions : struggling today, body not up for it.
    Standing Calf Raise.

    One of those days where the body shows its age, this is why I have to work out instinctively as there is no way I can smash it every workout any more. I did have a very intense workout yesterday and poor sleep (due to heat) so that may have been a factor.

    Back in tomorrow for Upper (Chest).

    Sore from Tuesday back session, especially upper LHS but dragged myself to Nortons for Upper (Chest).

    Usual shite : 4 sets of 10-15 reps, failure on at least one set per exercise, form paramount.

    HS Bench Press.
    Seated Machine Flyes.
    Standing Viking Press.
    Seated Machine Tricep Pushdowns.
    2 Tricep rope exercises (pronated and supinated grip, single arm, rope pushdowns with D attachment).

    Found it real tough today until the tricep work then body starting to get into it. Back in tomorrow for Upper (Back).

    Excavation work starts at 08:00 tomorrow for rear extension.

    Denmark did not get put on exemption list so fookin gutted :thumbdown::thumbdown:

    Long day yesterday, disappointing too. Once we opened up the ground, we found cruciform footings 2.1m down for house and we knew there could be trouble. Building inspector had a look, said he wanted new footings to be same depth but also need a concrete reinforcing cage in there before we pour the concrete for the footings. I'm trying to come up with a design and spec for the cage.

    Anyhow, back in this morning for Upper (Chest) then boy's footy. Denmark tomorrow FFS.

    Bad news Ken, but on the bright side it will be a deeper tiddler pool.
