    Stifling evening in the garden gym, training partner turned up, latte with two sugars beforehand.

    Now I am natty, I am feeling so much better, more energy and aggression.

    BP : 8*10.
    Skullkrushers : 4*10.

    Training partner was fooked and had to call it a day there, he works on a building site, at the footings stage at the moment so stuck in 30 degree heat all day in direct sunlight. I'm going to do another 4 sets of Skullkrushers after dinner, much heavier.

    Bespoke coving was fitted today, proper experts at their job, beautiful handiwork, they worked on the restoration of Windsor Palace after the fire so big step up working on my palace.

    Painting and choosing carpets tomorrow.

    When I am struggling with sleep is the only time I don't jab. Always jab decent amounts when/if I can TBH.

    Life just becomes a chore, no sex drive, no get up and go, it is fookin shite mate, I can put up with most things (massive amounts of Tren etc) but cannot cope with next to no sleep.

    Defo mate, I am always careful about health anyway. I don't drink, smoke take drugs, moderate doses now, no stims, keep BP low, blood test every year (always in range) etc. Add in indestructibility and you fookers won't be getting shut of me yet :D

    Nothing worse then not being able to sleep is there

    Luckily for me even at 20 stone plus I sleep pretty well. I’ll occasionally have a night like this Sunday where I just don’t fall asleep at all and the day after is always horrendous just wanting to curl up and go to sleep but not being able to as your at work

    Only gets more important as you get older too doesn’t it

    Doesn’t bother u when your a teenager or in your 20’s, I barely used to sleep at all back then. Mid 30’s in to your 40’s is another story though innit

    BP Preacher Curls : 4*10.

    Only 12 sets but it was a struggle in the heat. I'll leave it there anyway, we're going back into garden tomorrow.

    Painted my coving and picked carpets for stairs/landing/bedrooms today too.

    On calls for most of tomorrow :thumbdown:
