Having A Break From Aas . What Peptides Etc Would People Use / Recommend?

    As per title.

    Having a good rest from any AAS. (been off now since September). Don't plan on going back on for a good while at least. Training and diet is good at the moment and I'm holding shape nicely.

    I've never run any peptides etc (apart from melonatan) . They do interest me but don't know a great deal about them.

    Would any have benefit? Or what would people use if they weren't running AAS. Also heard people mention Sarms.

    Any help or advice appreciated.

    Wouldn’t bother, just have a break from it all.

    It’s actually pretty pleasant not to have to worry about jabbing or any of the fucking about when you’re off. You just train and forget about it.

    Yeah I know what you're saying Doink. Good thing about having a break from it all.

    Would any actually be a great benefit if you weren't running AAS anyway ??

    Bar the ones like LIPUS or bpc157, TB500 and the like for specific issues I don’t think they’re worth the effort no mate.


    I never noticed anything from the likes of mod grf, ghrp or the like that was worth jabbing twice a day for.

    If you're taking a break , no real point in finding something else to substitute sticking needles in yourself.

    You already you're holding shape nicely and training is going ok. So crack on. Just wait until you go back on.

    Or on the other hand rest your hormonal system.

    Play with some peps/Sarms and continue to reap the total possible benefit from your training and diet.

    Enhancing his GH levels or igf levels will help improve his recovery n develop new muscle cells so when he goes back on gains will be better.

    Now I wouldn’t use them all at unless your a competitor BB

    But have a good read n maybe play with 1.

    Defo find big benefits from mk677 - apitite sleep , look fuller. Feel stronger.

    Used to jab ghrp and mod x3/4 times a day also got a fuck load of benefits from it. Skin, sleep, look fuller, stronger, hunger.

    100% worth it for me.

    Thanks for all replies chaps.

    Have looked into MK677. Think I’ll give this a go.
    Start off on 10mg a day and see how I go ?
    Is the water retention really bad or is it a try it and see ?
    My diet is clean and I’m not eating a ton of carbs at the moment . Drinking 5/6 litres of water a day too. So hopefully this will keep it in check
