Does james purely sort your prep and diet? Because your training styles differ I assume. You still low volume ?

    Yea mate he's awesome
I've learnt so much from him
He's very much like me... family man and understands what needs priority

He set the plan for this yr... about 6 shows I think we got...
Should have put this in the intro haha
Got the PCA Saxon Classic, NABBA pro/am, Britains and Worlds followed by a little break then back into prep for PCA BRITS and then the Uni...

I agreed but he and sure that I sat down and discussed it with Sarah... she's up for it lol

So he's deffo a good guy
Plus I'm on Insta too if that's where you follow him... just saying... lol

    We discuss training
He has a lot of input, it was James who suggested the ppl upper lower split
I'll ether continue with this when back in the gym or start with it again once we start prep...

But I typically set my own training up...
Typically ppl or ppl arms as to give it more time between back and legs

He also has me easing off of chest and focusing on delts and back... bit more quad emphasis too... so try and improve a few flaws that we see this prep...
I think the back, delts and quads just fucked off when I had to do extra cv and very low or zero carb days...
I was far too fat but now I should be able to take more of my size to the stage as plan is to stay lean and volumise slightly... if condition is good when prep starts I'll do less cv and eat more and hold more quads maybe more delts and back too...

Well long reply to such a short question lol

    Ok so

Started the week with a pull session, probs going to do a pull/push/legs/off repeat with odd rest days thrown in when needed.

Will add weights when I have my log book to hand.

    Pull A

Underhand pull down with a 5 count negative.

    - 11.5 reps

    - 12.5 reps

Tbar row with straight bar attachment and a 5 count negative.

    - 12.5 reps

    - 11.5 reps

Deadlift with flaired lats and a controlled negative.

    - 221k x9

    - 180k x13 I think... Will edit if not

    Stretch

    - weighted hang x90sec

    - bw hang x90sec

    - mid back pull stretch x40sec

DB Preacher curls with a 6 count negative.

    - 20k x6

    -15k x9

    Stretch

    - DC bicep stretch on a bench and bar not Smith x60sec

    Done

This was very weak for me but I'm no where near my last off season weight and still very lean so all in all I was ok with this session for now.

    Push 2mo...

Life is great mate, cleaned lifestyle up so completely drink/drug free (don't smoke anyway), total family man now, girl is 11 and boy is 9 so life revolves around them, I am manager of my boys u9 football team. Also landed my dream job in City "Head of Infrastructure Services" for small, bespoke software consultancy in City.

I'm hoping that this top osteo can fix up left shoulder so I can bench properly too.

How's things for you? Missus and kids good?

Great to see you back anyway!!

    Some lifting mate :lift::lift:
