    SD is also great in a cut. Suppresses appetite and maintains strength. Keeps you full looking also.

    Smashed biceps, did some rope pushdowns and did my usual 8 sets of cable crossovers for Chest

    Was gonna go supermarket for decent food but forgot my wallet so fuck it I’m just gonna order a couple of pizzas

    Will hit legs tomorrow to utilise it

    First day I’ve not needed to take any pain killers at all for my back so good sign. Will be back lifting properly next week. Will jump back in on 300 dead amarap, usually stronger after a week off

    What you do to your back? I imagine sitting in a truck all day does fuck all to help it too!

    I done a heavy push session last night. Chest and shoulders in bits today. Rotator cuff feels a bit weird hopefully just over stretched and not fooked it again!

    Nothing exciting to report.

    Weight very steady at 248lbs. I'm pretty happy here. Sleep was long (7h 14m) but poor quality, no deep sleep at all. Sleep Clinic study on August 12th.

    Musculoskeletal investigation into LHS/left scapula on Tuesday so looking forward to that.

    Monster shed arriving tomorrow but forecast is rain all day FFS, in the middle of summer. Nov is going to help build it too.

    I may SQ tomorrow and DL on Sunday. See how I feel.

    Maybe at a higher dose it would but use tren at a moderate dose, say 300mg then I think primo really has some value
    Keeps you looking very full and vascular as opposed to maybe flattening out I also think it adds a feel good factor too
    A friend is doing exactly this now
    300test 300tren 500primo
    At least 800cal daily deficit and scales are actually moving up a little
    Strength increasing but a definite drop in bf
    Absolutely no tren sides whatsoever, if anything more relaxed

    Morning gents. Off work today, birds working from home though so will take the dog straight out for a 2hr walk then go the gym for a 2hr session so as to avoid her as much as possible (she’s being a little douchebag since coming off the pill so she can sit in on her own fuck her)
    Nice little cafe near the canal so will hit it up for a double bacon and sausage butty for me and a sausage roll for the dog, she loves em

    How's the recovery going with this matey?

    I've just hit the 8 month mark after my reattachment and it's finally starting to play ball and not ache as much during training. Managed to hit 220 for 10 on deadlift the other day on my third session adding them back in without much forearm ache or shitting myself feeling it pull. Just taking it slow while getting used to double overhand to be honest because I'm not going through months of this crap again.

    Lol hit and miss most the time aren’t they. She’s aware she’s been mardy though so she’s taking me out for somet to eat at 2
