    Warming up made me realise just how broken and not recovered I am so I did light work and stretching. Up to 180DL and 125BP. I'll rest and recuperate until Sunday and go again.

    Medichecks is a pain in the ass now as you need a nurse to extract the blood. Therefore I'll get blood test after comp. Increased test to 1g a week.

    Test is increased to 1g pw, 100mg Winny pd. Keeping gear mild for this qualifier.

    Revised schedule going into comp (after speaking to Liam who is worried about my recovery):-

    13/01/2019 BP150*2*2
    15/01/2019 BP152.5*2*2
    18/01/2019 SQ280*1
    20/01/2019 Paused bench opener practice.
    27/01/2019 BPU Qualifier @ Folkestone.


    Prospective projected targets :-

    SQ : 270/290/300+
    BP : 150/155/160
    DL : 270/290/300+

    Starting feeling unwell last night and still not good this morning. Dragging my sorry ass to the gym anyway but decided to do BB-style session. No preWO or anything, no food as wasn't hungry.

    Incline HS Bench Press - loads of sets and reps, only 20 plate a side, concentrating on LHS phaggotry.
    WG Pulley Row supersetted with CGPD.
    Seated Machine OHP.
    Nautilus Bicep Curls.
    Seated Machine OH Tricep Extensions.

    Felt pretty sick in there, all light weight, tempo and feel paramount, felt really pumped afterwards.

    Need to get my shit together for bench on Tuesday/Wednesday.

    I'm planning a large Primo and GH cycle next. Want to try something different.

    That's the problem with these large cycles mate. For instance, if I go for this:-

    2500 Test E pw.
    1000 Tren A pw.
    1000 Primo pw.
    8iu GH pre bed every second night.
    30iu slin pre-evening meal.
    200mg Dbol pd (100 in morning, 100 in evening).
    AI and HCG as needed.
    PreWO drugs too (Halo, Mest, Cheque Drops etc).

    That equates to 30ml a week, 3*10ml shots per week. Also I am concerned that I may start stalking my missus and checking her FB history if I take that much Tren A :lol::lol:

    I'm chilling into the comp so got a few weeks to consider what is the best course of action.

    Just seen this. I've used a fair amount of primo and I love it, but it'll be well untruly hidden in a cycle like that. I tended to do 250/500 test and 700 primo. I'd run more but the jab volume is a pain in the ass.
    I have seen people say they've run very high primo and low tren and test - so will be interesting to see what you get from that.

    Dr Chiron has stated that he will make me a blend of the above so won't be a problem. Not sure how much he could get in 1 vial. I'll be ordering it soon so deal with it then.

    No doubt about that. Will be interesting to see, I can't wait to drop the tren - always tired and hunger is more often than not non existent ATM.

    400 e and 200 a

    Injury is improving but not at rate id have hoped for. My hope is a 240 squat 250+ dead and then I only need a 155 bench and I could do that now.
    When I get the lacrosse ball into my infra my bicep tendon tightens up and pain is felt there and front delt and in infra. Got physio shortly and then another hour next week and 2 hours on the Friday before we travel down.
