HG50

Push today (total 20 sets of 12+ reps), Pull tomorrow (similar) and then legs and cardio (two sessions, morning and afternoon) on Sunday.

Really struggling with hunger tonight though, I don't take anything to help with hunger or diet.

Finalised my squad for U14 team last night at training, got 16 decent lads so looking forward to the new season. We were promoted last season and going to try to get back-to-back promotions. Delicious.

Not long now to holiday when I will not workout at all and eat as much as possible as often as possible

Hello mate, how's things? I was fucking about with my bi-folds the other day, saw Origin and thought of you . How are you? I still plan on getting over to Watford for that session some time.
Yes mate all good, didnt train for 3 years, started again 3 months ago.

Thinking of having a run at it but work and sons footy takes up all my energy. He might be joining palace, if he does I have found a decent gym nearby, so will do

Good to hear you have sorted your sleeping out, was concerned for you there.

Same shit different day on the paper chase.

254.lbs down to 248.0lbs in 9 days so decent drop.

Superb back workout utilising the new machine at Nortons.

Good lad, how old is your lad now? What division is he playing in? We are in Mid Herts.

He plays div 1 wycombe and south bucks Sunday,s.

I feel he need to go to a Academy now though as the levels are so up and down and hes dedicated to it.

You still coaching?

Excellent level, wish him the best of luck.

I manage a team in Mid Herts Division 4 : we went up from 5 to 4 last season and am confident we will do well this season too. Hoping for promotion next season. We are U14s too.

I was managing in division 1 of Royston Crow league but that team broke up and I ended up taking over an established team with some weaker players. I took some of my previous teams players and welded the teams together and we did really well in our first season.

I love it but it can become overly time consuming and can dominate my thoughts at times too. I have just managed to bring in a coach so he can coach and I can concentrate on management duties. Hoping it will work out well and reduce workload.

Yeah, thank less task for volunteer dads etc.
No matter how agreed i feel, ill never say a bad word against somone that'll take time to coach him, only gratitude . The back bone of football which many forget

Southampton and watford have shown some intesest too so hopefully hell get a look in soon

Still doing same things, training approx 4 days a week as I am in the City 3 days a week. Enjoying training but tired at times and missing that edge at times. Holiday on 7th August so cutting down on food a little too so maybe this is the culprit?

06 July : 254.6lbs
23 July : 244.6lbs

10lbs in 17 days is good for me and I will keep going until holiday. I'll try to throw a pic up before holiday if I remember.

32nmol is vey top end, but still technical within range and if you feel good and bloods are fine then all good. Only thing I would check is RBC.
10lbs is a nice drop over than time frame, just continue with what you ate doing.
Fatigue can be from a million things, but drop is cals will most likely be the cause. Perhaps drop training intensity or totally volume a touch.

Training is still going really well, nice mix of weights and cardio, sometimes two sessions a day, sometimes no session for three days, depends on commitments.

Still sitting around 242-244lbs, feeling really good, looking forward to holiday on Monday where I will do no training, a touch of swimming and eat as much as possible as we are All Inclusive. I don't drink at all so will eat my bodyweight in food every day.
