What’s diet like now mate

Exactly the same bud.

Ground rice n beef iso

Fish n spinach

Chicken n rice just 1/2 cup now

Chicken n rice 1 cup still

Intra - no carbs now bar legs 25g

Pwo still fish n rice as whole 14 weeks just 1 cup now with some cauliflower rice

Pre bed 400g liquid egg whites now

330-340p/190/25
 
What wud u say was key to arm growth? Seem to of relli come on lately mate

Noticeably leaner upper body and will look very good once mid section dries out
Agree with stephy on side tricep pose. I’m far from an expert but you could defo show yourself better with some work on that one

Perfect form.

Higher intensity. It’s worked all over I feel.
