Hi, so I’ve gone from 17.5st to 14st (current) but I still have love handles and my pecks have some fat there still. is there anything I need to do specifically to target these areas? Thanks
also I’ve noticed on my weigh ins I’ve lost muscle during the process? Is there a way to prevent this? Thanks
High protein intake, heavy weight training with lower volume if necessary to keep intensity high, peds
How are you doing weigh ins? Sometimes those electrical things are a bit shit so don’t rely on them. yep, several things you can do to limit muscle loss, but that depends on what you’re prepared to do.
post your workout & diet if you want serious advice. my workout is basic, and my diet is non existent. I eat cereal for breakfast with a banana … tuna sandwich in day time and dinner ..

You can't target an area for fat loss, doesn't work like that. Love handles are pesky things to remove, keep training and check your diet too.
