I do them twice a week, one heavy medium reps and one lighter super high reps; this has got me some results. Calves still not good but better.

Twice a week aswell, one heavy set and one back off set then the second time one cluster set. Not been doing it long enough really to see how well it’s working

    Keep it up :thumb:

I never trained calves properly in the past, always did them last and not enough effort; I do them first now.

I done them every other day for about 2 months and noticed a massive improvement. 2 exercises, 3/4 sets each. Heavy as I could for 10/12 reps. Once failed drop and final set was all out until I cramped.

I train calves standing raise seated raise and calf press

Again focusing on a full range of motion gets the growth.

@ home i do Donkey calf raises & seated barbell calf raises. My son jumps on my back and i have tried it when alone using a dipping belt loaded which is OK but better with a training partner.
Sets and reps wise around the 3x 10-15 for the Donkey raises and 3x20 or so reps for seated barbell raises. burn. Train them 2x a week. Get worked to0 when i go cycling.
