Before giving yourself a day off, for sanity ?

Also how many days is the longest you have strung together with consistent dieting to plan ?

Did a good few months once. But I was also a massive boring cunt and shunned mates/women/life in the process.

You need to find something that you can be entirely consistent with while still having a life I've found.

Don't deviate, if I'm on a diet - be that for a fortnight, or a year.

But if I'm not on a diet, I inhale whole subcontinents' calorie values in single sittings.

Which is why I now have a gut.

    Sad times.

Did 7 months straighr on the ud2.0 in like 2012.

Managed about a 3 week stretch since as a veggie on huel. Then another 3 week stretch where I used cocaine to suppress my appetite so it was quite easy.

Other than that it's been an abject failure on the nutrition front. I make my best progress when I stop thinking about it, stay sober and just crack on tbh.

I found it really easy tbh mate. No carbs and depletion workouts are a killer though.

    Mon-Fri night is no carb.

30g carbs in, heavy workout then carb load begins. Fri night pwo - Sat night carb loads which during the bulking stage became shit loads. Then id have a low carb fry up Sunday morning then back to pro/fat and veg the rest of the Sunday.

Fits with my lifestyle even now tbh but I prefer training heavier so it's not really suitable.

Only negative thing was it gave me a borderliness eating disorder. Took me years to break that weekend binge mentality afterwards. Could argue I haven't actually broken it, just replaced it with other things.

So yeah, hesitant to do it again. Old habits and all that.
