How Many Coats Of Tan Pre Contest

Hi guys,

Doing a show in 2 weeks or so

May contact with a girl who is offering tanning day before and on the day

Just wondering how many coats of tan is needed. Her packages are 1 coat , 2 coats or 3 coats

Tans are with liquid sub rayz or black majic muscle tan

which would be best ?
 
I'm booked with Nicola Gilbert for the Finals. I believe she uses Liquid Sun Rayz, 2 coats. I've never seen a client of hers with a bad tan, IIRC she did Sasan Heirati's tan at last years finals.
In respect to number of coats needed, it will depend how 'heavy' a coat is applied. The tanner should be able to advise based on your natural skin tone.
 
Three coats for me with liquid sun rays.
2 coats day before
1 coat day of show to touch up where you slept on it
 
I was quite dark to start with, with being in turkey in May and keeping up regular sunbed sessions twice a week to keep my tan topped up.
I had 2 coats applied the night before the show and my coach said it was looking to be developing too dark, so next morning i had a 30sec WATER ONLY shower and dried myself with a hair dryer and it came out perfect and i didn't need the 3rd coat.

My mate who is really pale had 3 coats and was actually marked down for being too dark so just make sure you dont look like a dirty coal man after a days work and you'll be fine
