£88 for family membership at my local gym £35 on hardcore gym around £120 - £150 a month on steak, chicken, fish and eggs. prob around £80- £100 on supps. Worth every penny
£38 on gym £100 on supplements £50 on chicken which will last 3 weeks. Not sure how much I spend on food as never keep an eye on that. Not cheap, but I enjoy it
What supps do you get that add up to £100 a month. I have 2 gym memberships that total £48 and spent prob £200 a month on food max + tub of protein (£35)every other month
gym - £0 supps (otc) - around 120-150 Food - not sure as I buy for the family and meat etc are all in... probably 200 maybe a bit less... all worth it...
too much to want to count up.i get my gym cheap at £188 for the year if you pay in full.food and supps easily £200+ per month.dont smoke or drink so dont mind it.
Gym, 2.50 a session for hardcore gym so average £30 a month + £30 a month on local council gym. Supps, anything from nothing to £200+ depending on my what tickles my fancy. Food: Probably spend £200 with my butcher and whatever else at the supermarket. That's before other supps, going shows etc so it's not cheap... On the other hand I've had times where I've ate mince, rice n oats almost exclusively and bought nothing on supps when I've been struggling for cash.
£40ish for gym £90ish for food £80 on supps Worth it like if not on that lot id be pissing it up a wall
30 quid for both gyms as the 3rd i use is free. food bill and supps must be 200-300 quid a month. add in some super supps and it starts getting expensive
