Huel Or Make Your Own?

    Really liking the taste of the unsweetened version.

    At the moment limiting cals so having for my first meal and then on my last meal adjusting portion size to hit my calorie target.

    I was already on Huel, so not consequence of this thread but........

    I've never tolerated oats too well. I can get up to a certain limit per day, but exceed that and I'm bloated.
    I'm sure there are a number of others who this effects.
    In the future could there be a possibility of a version with less oats in it?
    Currently I've found the sweet spot for me is 2 scoops of Huel (Huel scoop) and at present I'm using 1 scoop (USN scoop) USN lean 8 protein in vanilla & cinnamon bun.
    Mixes well, gives a nice thickness to the shake, tastes nice, and doesn't bloat me up.


    I'm sure your happy with mixture, but worth an ask, as I've seen a few threads where people have said there tolerance is limited, and well, you don't ask, you don't get lol.

    We have indeed, looked at other carb options. If there were a signifcant demand, it's something we may consider
