Huelers - How Do You Have Yours?

    To those of you who are using Huel, how do you have yours?

    Just a few scoops mixed with water 2-3 times per day?

    Do you add fruit?

    Some people are adding coffee?

    What about you?

    500ml of water and 100g of Huel, I dont feel the need to add anything to it.

    Warm water.

    Mix ability isn't the best but if you add one of those spiral balls to the shaker instead of the gauze type things it's pretty decent!

    Only improvement I could suggest really.

    Cool - many people prefer to blend their Huel. Personally I find the mesh shaker fine - so much easier than a blender!

    400ml water, 2 heaped scoops of unflavoured Huel, 1 heaped scoop of choc mint whey.

    The mrs has 3 level scoops unflavoured Huel in 400ml plus some strawberry crusha.

    I blend mine, have one for breakfast and one for lunch, 3 scoops with a scoop of favoured whey, very nice

    Don't think we will be bothering with it after we use our last bag, for what it is I think it to expensive.

    I find a lot of people in the bodybuilding world are mixing it with whey.

    I blitz mine the night before in my nutribullet, pour into shakers then keep in the fridge, then just a case of packing them into my work bag in the morning.

    I like the sound of some coffee in there though.

    As it comes from the bag, mixed in a shaker.
    Have added in one fish meal and some vegetable smoothies daily and looking pretty decent at the mo.
