Changed whey this morning to Protein Dynamix NY Cheesecake flavour this morning for a change, best combo yet!
What are people's goals whilst on Huel?
Is there anyone hats stuck to it for a period of time with some before & after pics?

My diet has been about 2/3 Huel for the last 6 weeks or so. I just fill a standard shaker half with water, add 4 scoops then top up the water to the top. Consistency is obviously not like WPC but not too bad. Must confess I've not even looked at the calories or nutritional information but my weight is staying much the same and it's keeping me full. This thread has reminded me to put another order in actually as I'm nearly out.
I've not got round to trying out the flavours yet.
Mine is quite simple, consistency. Huel has allowed me to consume a much healthier convenient alternative on days when I am either too busy or too tired to cook or prepare food. If not I was either skipping breakfast in mornings or eating takeaways in evenings.
Ill start a new journal soon with pics but the progress will be determined a lot by my training and 'supplementation', although Huel will and currently does form a large part of my diet.
It would be good to follow this; please let me know when you kick this off
