I do multiple warmups with everything. So hack squat for instance
It’s a low volume approach that has become popular in recent years (perhaps popularised by Jordan Peters) The aim is to progressively overload. If you’re hitting things to failure or damn close I find it effective and so do many others with more knowledge than me
for more strength based work I do prefer multiple straight sets shy of failure of some sets

Not many changes but physique is slowly starting to change a very little. Nowhere near where I want to be/need to be but only a few weeks back into training I’m moderately happy
and a journal is boring without pics

yeah chest has always been as issue. It did look much better with consistent training and progressing the weight tho- haven’t had much opportunity to do that seeing as I’m only a few weeks in

yeah fuck being natty. you'll hit your target of looking like an MMA fighter, or a 100m freestyle swimmer, then you'll look around yourself in the gym & get envious of the better shape gear heads round you. this is the point you decide what kind of man you're going to be : 1, cut your losses, jab some tren & join the ranks of the monsters. OR 2, become a full fledged natty & cough 'roid head' under your breath every time someone in better shape than you walks past. you'll join a natty sewing circle forum & all group together to mock all these roid heads in better shape.. living in envy with only your negativity toward such practices to console yourself
