    Do you do no ham isolation stuff. I’ve found doing say laying or seated hams first wakes up the legs and doesn’t detract from the big moves. Your doing some leg extension first for quads but no hams which seems odd

    of course do what works For you . Just a suggestion No leg press ? Prob have that in over a goblet squat if you have done a hack first

    I usually do lying leg curls but I had something come up towards the end of my workout. I'll try doing them first next time to see how it feels.
    No leg pressing for me. I have a L4/L5 fusion. Leg presses shut my left leg down almost instantly

    I find doing all ham work before quads gets legs and lower back warm
    My knees are sore so my quad work is mainly higher rep now
    So I may think differently if I squatted heavy
