Hi guys, just a fatty trying to lose some weight and could do with help! I just want to loose body fat as I’m quite built and have broad shoulders so would like to put muscle on but not sure how I need to start (lose weight and bulk or just bulk then lose weight) ..............anyway the diet!

    Bf: 30grams of oats
Half a hand full of berries
    Tea spoon peanut butter
    Two frozen balls spinach
    1 scoop of protein powder

Lunch: 30 grams of brown rice
    1 large chicken breast
    Large salad

    Dinner: baked potato
    1 large chicken breast
    1 cup of veg

Breakfast is around 8am, lunch is around 12pm and dinner around 4pm

I go to the gym at about 6am for an hour.

Please tell me how this sounds, I’m totally new at this so I have no clue what I’m doing haha so please be gentle!

    8pm mate
As I said in your other thread, there is a huge gap between your last meal and breakfast
I think you’d actually benefit from having the extra meal.
Oats with eggs is a good option

Actually that's a 16hr window which is standard fasting time Just seems strange because of the times but 16hrs fast 8 hrs feed is standard.
Op have you thought about tweaking the eating time if you like the 16hr window to eat last meal a bit later then nothing until about 12/1?

Just move a little more and worry less about such an extreme diet couldn’t keep that going for long without slipping up and eating 48 Jaffa cakes.

I think that’s a perfectly fine diet to start with Pete! Donte get too hung up and torture yourself about your diet just yet, keep training and enjoy it, consistency is key.

    BW*25 =kcals a day
35% from protein (whey, egg, meat)
    30% from fat (nuts)
    35% from carbs (rice/oatmeal/buckwheat)

Works well with all my clients.
