Janikvond: Grow Mode (2016-2017)

    starting a new journal to keep track of progress over the next year. I've decided to just go full grow mode for a year, no major cuts (maybe a short 3-4week mini cut when things get ridiculous lol), but main focus is to add as much strength & LBM as possible.

    no targets as such, just chase numbers in the gym as well as scale weight.

    training ATM looks like-
    -chest & biceps
    -back
    -delts & triceps
    -legs
    *repeat as often as possible. usually train MINIMUM 5x per week


    peds
    2.5ml t400
    2.5ml deca300
    10mg SD pre wo
    *not actually started yet. will be starting on Monday hopefully

    diet
    -3slice linseed & soya bread, 6large eggs, spoon of coconut oil
    -2x chicken thigh, 1/2 pack micro rice
    -2x chicken thigh, 1/2 pack micro rice
    -2scoops whey, 100g sweet potato powder
    *train
    -100g cereal, 3scoops whey
    -meat & carbs (will be a meal with my mrs)
    *that's it ATM, ill up food as I go along.

    ill also add insulin when peds kick into full flow, at which point an intra shake will be added.


    I've been cruising for 2month, condition prior to cruise was-

    I've held strength where it was here & im not far off this condition. little heavier but not much
