    Push today. Was in for 8am & was planning on a light 'de-load' session after the 160 x 8 on Monday. Biceps tendons still tender

    Flat bb press
    Bar x lots
    70kg x 18
    100kg x 8
    120kg x 5
    150kg x 3
    Warm ups^
    160kg x 9 PB
    Drop to 100kg x failure
    Drop to 70kg WG x failure
    Really wasn't expecting that. Good way to go into Christmas though! Happy as fuck

    Incline machine press
    Stack x 10
    Stack +25kg x 12
    Stack +25kg x 11

    Straight arm peck deck
    3sets stack x 12
    Triple drop on last

    Single arm cable push downs
    4sets x 10-failure

    Done. Bicep tendons were starting to ache so just a short'ish session. Good one regardless & was completely shagged

    Few comments in the gym too which is always nice. I have zero bloat training AM vs PM obviously.. but I have much less energy in morning on an empty stomach

    Anyhoo.. was 118kg this morning

    So I won the non existent 170kg comp and @round2 came second...

    Some solid strength kicking in those workouts mate, translate that into legs reckon you will find yourself pushing 19-20st

    It'll be posted soon mate, round 2 got injured & tb got like 1.5.. so I'm sure I've got it in the bag anyway not even arsed about it tbh, especially with some niggles creeping in. Rest over xmas & I'll give it a good go when it's time to move up in weight.. which will likely be next session. Honestly didn't expect much on the 160 today

    170 is just the next small milestone on the road to 200.. which I want by end of next year. Very achievable if I stick to my current mind set

    Yeah I'm a nob for neglecting them. Onwards though & hopefully bring them up to par by end of next year

    morning men. back to work for 1 day!... so you have the pleasure of my company today :D


    hope everyone had a good Christmas! mines was awesome tbh. no stress, no dramas.. just plenty food & fuck load of alcohol. had 3x 4course Christmas dinners the past 3 days lol. kids had a ball which is the main thing. glad to see the back of it now. get new year out the way & can get cracking on with normality. got a few things on for new year, cant be arsed tbh but ill put my party hat on & play along. its only a couple days is it

    in the gym tonight for a pull session. legs Friday morning, push Saturday afternoon & that'll be me till probably Wednesday (back to work). diets been pretty good tbh, purely because all I've been eating is proper Christmas dinners & having bacon & eggs for breakfast lol.

    todays food looks like
    -soup, toast & a whey shake
    -turkey & a baked spud
    -turkey & a baked spud
    -turkey & a baked spud
    -whey & dextrose PWO
    -meat & carbs (whatever she's cooked)

    dem left over dinner gainz.

    I've not done any jabs this week & not using slin until probably mid January (when diets been consistent for a couple weeks)

    her dad used to be a chef & honestly the turkey was beautiful! the gravy/dew made for it is what makes it.

    Rope curls

    Done. Pumps were unreal & an ok session to tide me into next year. Bicep tendon felt good too so fingers crossed that's that. Legs & push to do this week & that's me until next Wednesday

    happy new year peeps! not updated in here, but I have on another joint journo on here in private. was a decent holiday, but im shagged & glad to be back to normality again. was pretty much on the lash every day lol. not done a jab in 2 weeks so ill get them in tonight & get the ball rolling again

    -200g salmon, 10oats cakes, cream cheese
    -chicken thighs & rice + rapeseed oil & garlic

    -2scoop whey, 2scoop rice flour
    -2scoop dextrose, 20g bcaa, 10g glute, 10g creatine
    -3scoop whey, cereal
    -meat & carbs. varies

    still hovering about 18 & a half stone. still in same condition as previous page (taken xmas eve)
