    Push tonight with my cousin. Done him a program & he's doing next few sessions with me to get a feel for it. Was a decent session but I went kinda hypo at the start? Been off slin for about 3 weeks now so fuck knows

    Haven't been well so planned on going easy & keeping weight lower, but felt strong & ended up getting a rep PB on the weight I used

    Flat bb press
    Bar x lots
    70kg x 15
    100kg x 8
    120kg x 5 warm ups
    Warm ups^
    150kg x 12 rep PB
    100kg x 26

    Incline machine press
    Stack +25kg plate x 12
    Stack +25 x 10
    Stack +25 x 10

    Straight arm peck deck
    Stack +25kg plate x 10
    Stack +25 x 10
    5sets 160lb x failure (10sec rests)

    DB laterals
    20kg x 8
    24kg x 8
    28kg x 8 just

    Side lateral machine
    2sets 105kg x failure

    Seated dip machine
    Stack x 24
    Stack x failure (didn't keep count)

    Slight incline EZ skulls
    60kg x 15
    60kg x failure

    Single arm cable push down
    25kg x failure
    20kg x failure
    15kg x failure
    10kg x failure
    No rests, just switch hands & keep pumping

    Done.

    Gonna do a jab now for first time in nearly 3 weeks lol. Call that a cruise :P

    You not considered moving gyms to make progress as you're stacking most machines and DBS

    I love tren.. but it sends me loopy & this deca is just as good as far as strength gains go. I'm gonna switch compounds once gains start to slow. Probably 5ml of ttm a week (1.5g test, 500 tren, 500mast). I reckon end of Feb I'll switch it up

    It's in the pipeline! Got a DW here with loads of plate loaded ISO machines. Mrs is about to join there & gets 25% discount being a nurse, so she's adding mine to it too lol

    :lol: someone posted this in the bulking thread. I LOVE his no nonsense approach. get fucking strong & reap the physique that goes with that. that's how im attacking 2017

    Stuff I see on a daily basis, lots of squeezing and using light loads from people that just aren't changing. I commend the commitment to the squeeze, but enough already, surely you are getting tired of the lack of progress.
    Stuff I don't see much of, people really going after weights and attacking the sets. Cool moment the other day, there was a lad a couple benches down who is a beast! I was looking for the 82.5kg dumbells , couldn't Find them, because he was shoulder press...ing them! Once he had finished, asked him to roll them over so I could do my flat presses with them! Looking at him, it's immediately obvious how he has built that thickness! You have to obsess over getting to that kind of strength if you want that kind of physique. It won't happen with stretching and squeezing I promise you that.
    That being said it also won't happen with poor form, quarter reps and poor eccentric control.
    It's not a one or the other camp, it's about being ridiculously strong, with incredible form! Strive for both and the changes will happen [​IMG]:)
