    that's what happens when you disappear off the face of the planet. fuckin leaving all your interweb fwends in the dark because your busy having a real life! guessing the lack of updates is due to cruising & not having much to say on the training front while that's going on..

    whens the launch due?

    Close grip pull down

    DB pullover

    Barbell shrugs
    1 work set x 11
    Fuck knows what was on it. Grip gave out before my traps anyway as no straps

    Seated DB shrugs
    50kg each hand x 19
    50kg x failure

    DB preacher
    3sets 20kg x 10

    Rope curls
    2sets 35kg x failure

    Done. In with my cousin again. Legs tomorrow, push again Friday, then I'll leave him to it after that

    Foods been good but not enough.. which isn't really good is it ran out of rice flour & no slin so no intra drink either. Slin getting added next week so it'll be back in the mix

    Warm ups then
    5sets x failure (10sec rests)
    First 3 sets full rom failure, last 2 until I couldn't move the plates. Aim 20+ first set

    Leg press
    260kg x 20
    300kg x 13

    Seated ham curl
    190lb x 20
    Stack x 9

    DB lunges
    34kg each hand x 20 steps
    34kg x failure

    Standing calf raise
    260lb x 20
    350lb x 7

    Done. Took about 30mins lol.

    Shits getting stepped up a peg next week week! Will update in more detail then.. can't be fucked rite now

    Push tonight. Not been well past few days.. progressively getting worse. Ended up a pretty good session though

    Flat bb press
    Bar x lots
    70kg x 18
    100kg x 8
    120kg x 5
    150kg x 10
    100kg x 20
    Bicep tendon playing up again so stopped a few short of failure

    High Incline bb press
    60kg x 8
    100kg x 8
    110kg x 10
    Not done these in ages

    Couple sets on seated chest press
    1 set on cable crossover. None felt good so fucked them off

    Straight arm peck deck
    Stack +25kg x 12
    Stack +25kg x 11
    3sets 150lb x failure (10sec rests)

    Seated DB laterals
    3sets 18kg each hand x 10

    Cable laterals
    2sets x failure

    Overhead cable extensions (straight bar)
    3sets stack x 12
    Double drop on last

    Single DB extension
    2sets 12kg x failure

    Done.

    Weekend off & Monday is game time to get this show on the road really pushing for numbers, gear & food

    What's ur pb on the 2 plates mate for reps out of interest?

    I know thats lightweight baby for u but alwayd impressive hitting 20+ on 2 plates

    Done 26 last session I'm sure after 150 x 12? That's a PB.. not done them fresh though. I reckon I'd probably land on the same tbh.. 100kg feels light as fuck after 150. I doubt I'd have much more if any of I just went straight in

    Fucked my left shoulder recently devastated pressing is killing me on everything other than bench press! 100kg my best rep range is 23 - but @JANIKvonD is killing it at the moment

    What caused it mate? Shoulders the worst to fuck is it, affects everything. Mines usually play up but this deca seems to be keeping everything at bay! loving it

    No fucking clue to be honest literally something in it is fucked off I sacked off training about half way last night as good feel something weren't right did 9 reps on 40kg dbells on incline and knew something was wrong (was doing 55-60 pre) saw physio about shoulder last week he worked on it felt a bit better guess I'll have to back off DC style intensity for a wee bit
