    loving how good my sleep is atm...dead to the world. im still burnt to fuck today lol, tip of my helmet looks like I've pressed it up against a hot exhaust too.

    todays plan-
    -80mcg clen
    -5eggs, 30g whey, vits etc
    -150g steak, 200g sweet spud, veg, 30g whey
    -150g steak, 200g sweet spud, veg, 30g whey, vits etc
    -80g oats, real honey, 70g whey
    -train chest & tris, 40g dextrose, 10g bcaa, 10g eaa, 10g glute, 10g creatine
    -2cans tuna, 350g white spud, wee bit cheese,
    -40g casein


    gonna change training round a bit..
    4day split -
    Monday- chest & delts (+abs)
    Tuesday- off
    Wednesday- back & traps
    Thursday- off
    Friday- arms (+abs)
    Saturday- off
    sunday- legs


    I've always judged when to cut cals or increase them purely by looking in the mirror & energy levels etc. not been able to trust the scales in a while now due to my use of DNP, peds & now addition of slin...gonna need to get a bit more structure to this because best guessing it cant be optimal (altho its worked OK so far tbh lol). want to crunch some numbers & push some boundaries

    Cable cross overs-

    Incline machine press-

    Massive dropset on last

    Dead stop EZ skulls (laying on floor)-

    Reverse grip tri pushdowns-

    diet changes have been made....cals are down, training volume is trough the roof, training frequency is through the roof. plan is to finish this blast cutting hard...continue into a 6week prime/cruise....blast again with a high dosage long ester blast that ill be dragging out for 20weeks

    training now looks like-
    mon AM- chest & triceps
    mon PM- back & biceps
    wed AM- delts & triceps
    wed PM- legs & biceps
    thurs AM- chest & triceps
    fri PM- back & biceps
    sun AM- delts & triceps
    mon AM- legs & biceps

    & so on. did this in the past for a short while & its worked VERY well. aim is single digit bf then keep everything lean from now on.


    also think im gonna blast DNP again with...maybe low dose slin too

    Yeah I find it counter productive past a certain point. I'd say you're prob best off without mate as you'll fair better if you tighten up on diet. Most end up using it just to counteract the shite their putting away but you'll just stall eventually regardless and burn out.
