I did go on the piss....& I did tell him about it. this said week was also 4months into being coached by Jim & Jim know the reason I stopped (& it wasn't because I couldn't diet). he's here tho...so seek him out if you feel the need....im sure he'll tell you to mind you're own fucking business tho :lol:

who cracked on about getting cracking results lol? I do my own thing & progress at my own rate (which im very happy with)....I've never once put myself on a pedestal. but ill take that as a compliment.. :D thanks for noticing

I don't mind it mate, it's just ramblings of pish tbf....clutching at straws. been a while since someone said I don't look like I train tho :sad: that one hit a nerve.... fuck knows how @J_Ross is feeling about that 1 if im in the 'don't look like I train' basket :D
