JB’s 2019 Year of Potential PB’s New Year hopefully new start…………….. Last few years just sort of messed about with training but still kept lifts reasonable but this year and hopefully stay injury free I want to smash my PB’s of previous years which are….. Squat 227.5kg - June 2014 Bench 3 x 150kg – June 2015 Deadlift 250kg (BB) – Sept 2015 Other noticeable lifts Axle Deadlift 260kg Log press 100kg Front squat 155kg SSB Squat 200kg Cambered Squat 200kg The last few months of 2018 I managed a 240kg DL and 2 x 200kg SSB Squat so hopefully can gain on them quite a bit this year bench has been poor but can’t say I’ve pressed regular enough this year either. Obvs got a few different squat bars and rack at home not really got room to DL or Bench so squats will be done at home the rest in the gym. Work locations don’t help matters either but I should be home till early March then away till end of June then home the rest of the year so longs I’m keeping something up while I’m away I should be good to hit all PBs before end of the year. Oh need to clean diet up as well lmao as rolling around 17st give a take……… Oh a new year’s resolution will be to do at least 10mins CV after every gym session. Have fun people.
