    Had 4 Stella shandies last night no ill effects lol eldest lads rugby presentation this afternoon right when the football is on they Sell San Miguel so going to have 2 pints no shandies today

    drove back to Kent today 11:30am - 5pm drive goner do a bit of shopping then head out for a walk for an hour

    10 x 80kg was farting all the way through the set ended up stopping
    10 x 80kg

    Standing fly machine
