    Squats with Bow bar 28kg, clips 2.5kg each
    8 x bar
    6 x 53kg
    5 x 83kg
    5 x 113kg
    5 x 133kg
    6 x 153kg

    Twinged intercostal other day having a shit can feel it while squatting so left it there.

    Still blowing like fuck as well due to cold other week.

    Leg press machine (weight only)

    5 x 250kg
    just felt fucked at this point as intercostal was aggravating.

    Try and do some bench/arms tomorrow

    right leg has been painful today think i had some cramp last night but as the day has gone on my right leg (hams & Calf) have tightened right up and stiff as hell hobbling around fucks knows whats up

    Right leg had got worse today from knee down all swollen, red, and hot been to hospital all afternoon treating it as DVT as I’ve had a cough and a cold chest for a while apparently it interlinks they wanted me to stop in for two days for scans so fucked that off and going home and get scanned at home been given some blood thinners to take as well for a month.

    Goner see my own doctor tomorrow as need a 2nd opinion.

    Been given some Apixaban at the moment but just been to local A&E and they’ve booked me in for scans tomorrow.

    Right calf 19.5 inches, left calf 18.5 inches obvs right is the problem one.

    Hopefully get it sorted supposed to be going to Blackpool on Saturday for a mates stag doo

    Well been diagnosed with a blood clot DVT in right leg so been given 6 months worth of blood thinners and getting referred for cause as well

    Any family history of similar stuff?

    Overweight/smoke/inactivity/blood vessel damage in affected area - none of these.

    Dehydrated? Could be dehydrated from booze?

    Did doctors state what could be the cause?

    Are you on Warfarin?

    Serious shit though so look after yourself for a while mate. Clean up diet, no booze, lots of water, lots of walking. What did they say about gym?
