    Matrix lat pulldown (weight aside)

    V bar Tricep pushdowns
    25 x 18kg

    25 x 41kg

    Rope Face pulls
    12 x 27kg
    12 x 32kg
    12 x 36kg
    12 x 41kg

    20 min treadmill walk

    Upper body massage now as still got nervy feeling in rear shoulder.

    20 min treadmill walk

    Smith front shoulder press
    12 x bar
    12 x +20kg
    12 x +30kg
    8 x +40kg
    8 x +50kg

    Matrix shoulder press (weight aside)
    8 x 25kg x 4 sets
    8 x 35kg

    Side raises
    8 x 6kg x 4 straight sets

    10 min X trainer was going to do 20 but could feel leg aching so didn’t push it.

    Weight this morning as forget yesterday little increase on last week but hardly surprising as had a weekend away last week and a few big meals during the week same again today and tomorrow as it’s my youngest lads Birthday

    Just been for a 40 min walk round the estate over 5k steps could feel leg but think that is because my body needs fluids on a morning as been asleep all night tends to be more achy 1st thing than during the day.

    Side raise with 5kg plate

    Each exercise done straight after previous

    Bowling and Pizza Hut soon.

    Nipped to gym to show the Mrs around as she hasn’t been since it opened about 5yr ago

    Then showed her around the machines now for a big boys breakfast

    Tonight’s little bit as drove to Kent today in that fucking shit weather leg as all gone red again after the drive hopefully it’ll be ok

    That’s enough as I’m Fuckkng knackered food and a early night will hit the gym most nights here for 9 days

    Had a right dodgy spell earlier dunno whether it was the supermarkets bright lights or what but was feeling dizzy when shopping then went for a chicken kebab and while waiting I nearly felt myself go needed to grab a can of the guy and stand outside last time I felt like that was after 5hrs Of solid tattooing

    Hopefully a good nights sleep will sort me out as it’s been a long arse day today.

    yeah had to get outside for some fresh air as could feel myself going down..........had a good kip hopefully be ok today back to normal routine will jsut have to take it easy now when travelling long distances taking plenty of stops.

    leg doesnt seem to bad today at least it will be more active then yesterday as stuck in a car for 7hrs wasnt good for it.

    Did you eat within the 7 hour journey? As you know, hypo is caused by lack of blood glucose to brain.

    bacon bun at 9am
    KFC at 1pm
    Cake around 2-3pm
    nothing till 9pm ish
    reckon the hard drive and the lack of food must have caused it dont feel too bad today wouldnt say 100% though

    swelling just the same as usual but it went red again yesterday but that has gone now hopefully just a one off as will be back in routine from now will just have to take more stops when travelling and have more of a walk round as yesterday every time i stopped the rain was bouncing so it was only a quick break.
