    Diet wasn’t to bad until came to Kent the chicken kebabs are class

    Would imagine I’ll drop a bit anyways I go by the way I feel fitness wise if I start blowing Ill lose a bit if I’m not blowing i’m happy.

    Was thinking that I’ll be off the tablets come August time but might just keep this type of training up and will start biking as soon as weather picks up again for the remainder of the year and hopefully start from scratch again next year I’ll drop regardless then.

    About 20 army lads all came in as I was leaving they will have fun in there as the gym is tiny

    Back to Kent tomorrow not sure if I will get time to do anything as not decided what time to set of yet but as the nights are getting a little lighter I will be alternating days with gym & Biking
