    Yeah I’m in end of next month will see why they say as haven’t had much info from doctors etc tbh.
    I’ve not got a rash but some days it can be really itchy and pisses me off only real time it’s painful now is if I’ve had a real busy day and knackered and it’s starts throbbing need to stay hydrated as well as don’t think I drink enough water.

    Long before TM and camera phones mate back in the late 90s was nick named FF (fitness freak). Now it’s fat fuck

    But had a few compliments this weekend saying that I look like I’ve lost Loads of weight when in reality I haven’t but I am looking better for the weight.

    Boiler is fucked again so just a little bit.

    Matrix pulldown (weight aside)
    15 x 30kg x 4 sets

    Incline press
    8 x 60kg x 4 sets

    Few side raises & hammer curls

    V bar pushdowns
    10 x 50kg
    8 x 54kg
    8 x 59kg
    8 x 64kg

    Little ride out yesterday.

    Back on the train to Kent now my last stint hopefully going to have a good 11 days training in as I’ve ate like fuck this weekend and feel like I’ve not trained in ages.

    Good weekend mind other than the shower of shite result yesterday and the boiler going on the blink.

    defo a lot less bloated seem to bloat really easy when on the drink for some reason start the evening looking ok end up a fat mess :lol::lol::lol:
