    To work the easiest less road route

    Reckon that’s it for the weekend brother in law is getting married tomorrow so out all day obvs can only have 2 drinks though

    Oh yeah had leg scanned again and the clots have gone need to stay in medication till end off August at least tho

    And tried a few squats tonight with the SSB bar just out of curiosity did
    SSB squats
    8 x 30kg
    8 x 50kg
    8 x 70kg
    8 x 100kg vid


    All pretty comfortable I’ve still wrote of this year for training and maybe next depending on blood results in August.

    Bow bar squats

    8 x bar
    8 x 60kg x 3 sets
    8 x 70kg x 3 sets

    Few EZ curls bar +20kg
    8, 8, 8, 8, 8

    All easy done.

    Got a letter today referring me to the orthotist apparently rehab injuries or something after my groin pulls.

    I'm a sober man these days mate, mines is still occasionally sore. It's still stuck there and apparently set like concrete. Leg looks horrible underneath so apixiban for life.

    All your cycling will be helping I'd say, just hope we don't get any more. Fuck getting 1 in the lung!

    well thats the plan mate i'm leaving off the heavy shit this year and concentrate on moving the body keep the blood flowing i reckon i did have a PE as chest was fucked for a bout a month and only got bettter when i started taking medication they did a chest X ray last week so hopefully find out if there was one or not at some point.

    Been asked to go to the Orthotist for a CT/Abdo / pelvic scan as i've had two bad groin injuries so trying to rule that out now as well

    i'm Gagging for a decent drink only had a max 2 pints since early Jan :thumbdown:

    Might try and get a short ride out later or at least a walk round the estate.

    Weight this morning little bit less than last week but had a shit week of eating even though I’ve been at home all week me and the boys have had takeaways most nights.

    Really thinking about trying to hit 100kg for my next hospital appointment 22nd Aug but between now and then I’ve a weeks holiday in Ireland and 2 wks away with work in Suffolk but won’t be any gym work there just biking most nights as no point joining a shitty council gym I’ll just hit the bike.

    Only going to be logging any weight workouts from now on.

    Bit of a circuit in garage one set of each exercise then start again after a few mins break so did

    Cambered bar squats
    12 x 35kg x 2 sets
    12 x 45kg x 2 sets
    12 x 50kg x 2 sets

    EZ curls +20kg
    8, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

    Side raises
    15, 15 x 2.5kg
    15, 15, 15, 15 x 5kg

    OHP with cambered bar
    8 x 35kg x 2 sets
    8 x 45kg x 2 sets
    8 x 50kg x 2 sets

    Might go for a walk or a ride later as waiting in for a scrappy to pick up Mrs old motor they said 12-4 now said after 6pm wankers

    Maybe a ride out in the morning as well was due away on Monday but going on Thursday now.
