Jb's 2017 (potentially) Fit & Strong Log

    Now folk,

    Been around a little while now so won't bore you with the crap but this last year 2016 was a real poor year as was injured for most of it (groin tear) only the last month or so i've managed to see some strength come back to the legs.
    Plan this year is the same as the last few years and get fit but keep some respectable strength plan to do more cycling and a little bit of running as well as weight training quite like the hybrid way keen to do a few duathlons as well.

    i will be entering the Transformation comp for a bit of motivation as well.

    diet will be tidied right up think the last 4 month as been atrocious went about 8 wks without a home cooked meal at one time.

    all time lifts
    Bench 3x150kg
    Squat 227.5kg
    Deadlift 250kg

    would like to achieve these again but reckon it'll be hard work haha poor @Dig still doing my programming current weight is around 17st and getting flabby need to up the protein count big time as i'm lazy as fook with it not had any regular shakes in over a year.

    got a little set up at home now so can squat and use my SSB at home if struggling with gym time.

    Toby carvery got 2 adult meals 2 kids meals 4 drinks bill came to £36 found a voucher in my emails 25% off used it! bill altered to £16 happy with that must off been more than 25% haha

    Squats in garage.

    SSB squats
    8 x bar
    8 x 60kg
    8 x 80kg
    8 x 100kg
    8 x 120kg few breathers in last few reps

    Back squat with TPB
    8 x 60kg
    8 x 100kg
    8 x 140kg few breathers as well all powerful tho

    All done in squats shoes tonight.

    That's enough for now! proper training plan will commence from next week
