    Bit of arms tonight

    Seated EZ bar +20kg
    4 sets of 12

    Incline EZ skulls +20kg
    4 sets of 12

    Rope push downs
    3 sets of 20

    Rope hammer curls
    3 sets of 15

    Then V bar push down
    1 set of 12 heavy as possible

    Getting dark early now up here in Scotland and it's never stops fucking raining to will be gym most nights now as not got bike with me either.

    Actually would fancy a run one night when the leg gets better.

    Bit of back basically just doing odds and sods as leg is still swollen to fuck an weather is too shit to do anything else

    DB rows
    3 sets of 12 up to 30kg

    WGPD
    4 sets of 12 not heavy but good contraction.

    Rear fly machine
    4 sets of 8 not heavy but nice movement

    Horiz row machine
    4 sets of 12 up to 50kg then last set of 15

    Rope push down
    3 sets of 20 last 5 reps hard in each set

    Bit of chest tomorrow me thinks.

    12 x 20kg
    12 x 25kg
    12 x 30kg
    12 x 35kg
    7 x 40kg

    Fly machine
    12 x P6
    12 x P7
    12 x P8
    12 x P10

    Side raises
    12 x 10kg x 4 sets

    That's it body still tired must be antibiotics only a few mores days left.

    Tonight's bit of stuff

    Viking press
    15 x frame
    8 x frame +50kg x 2 sets
    8 x frame +70kg
    4 x frame +100kg
    15 x frame +50kg

    Tried incline BB
    but as it's a narrow bench you couldn't put the weight on the bar either side without somebody holding it and I didn't have anybody as there was a bootcamp on.

    Flat bench
    8 x 60kg paused reps but stopped as left forearm starting hurting it's been hit n miss since the obstacle course

    Seated back row
    12 x P6
    10 x P10
    10 x P12
    10 x P15

    That's it till Monday now working all weekend up in Scotland as well pretty sick now as it's always fuckkng dark and wet and jobs the shits

    Small bit of arms tonight

    EZ bar +20kg then rotated till done 4 sets of 12 each.

    Seated bicep curls
    Incline skulls

    EZ bar pull up 4 sets of 12

    V bar push down 4 sets of 12

    I know it's only Tuesday but can't wait till I get home this Thursday! this stint away seems to have lasted forever and it's only been 10days
