    Little pump sesh got Digs plan in from next week so keeping it easy

    Incline bench
    8 x 60kg x 2 sets
    8 x 90kg x 2 sets

    Shoulder press matrix (weight aside)
    6 x 40kg x 4 sets didn't feel comfortable these.

    Side raises like in Nytols vid
    12 x 6kg
    12 x 8kg
    8 x 12kg x 2 sets

    Seated calf raise (just for calf stretch)
    12 x 25kg x 4 sets

    Tricep pushdowns (Straight bar)
    15 x 32kg
    15 x 41kg
    15 x 50kg
    15 x 54kg

    Tonight's workout

    Back squats
    12 x 35kg
    8 x 75kg
    6 x 105kg
    6 x 125kg
    5 x 140kg
    5 x 150kg
    5 x 160kg
    5 x 155kg
    5 x 150kg

    Had to jump in with a lass who was doing squats with 35kg initially so all the opening sets I had to re rack every time lol nice bit of stuff mind.

    Deadlifts
    5 x 60kg
    5 x 90kg
    3 x 120kg
    2 x 140kg
    All above double overhand chalk
    6 x 170kg
    Mixed grip chalk

    Back was a little achy to start with after squatting but fought through it.

    Seated leg curl
    16 x 39kg
    14 x 45kg
    13 x 45kg

    Matrix 45 leg press (75kg resistance)
    6 x 175kg
    6 x 225kg
    8 x 275kg
    9 x 250kg

    Had to swap leg curl and press around as couldn't get on the press initially.

    Note: all exercises done without belt etc

    Hard workout but a good one under the belt got home Mrs had done a huge shepherds pie with veg so nailed that.

    SSB squats (wore squat shoes)
    6 x 60kg
    6 x 80kg
    5 x 100kg
    2 x 112.5kg

    8 x 105kg x 3 sets

    Decent workout at home was blowing a bit towards the end.

    Push tomorrow night days are a bit messed up this week as had to much on last night after lads rugby.

    Not a particular lover of this exercise but he who gains wins haha and right forearm was a little niggly while doing these.

    Matrix pulldown (weight aside)

    V bar pulldown (couldn't get on cable row)
    6 x 33kg
    8 x 45kg
    8 x 52kg
    9 x 45kg
    10 x 39kg

    Tried twice to get on the smith but it was taken and numptys were on the normal rack so sacked rack Chins off

    Steady 10 mins jog on treadmill
