    Lower Back is goosed after the safety squats on Friday sit still for longer than 5mins and I’m fucked

    Little blast this morning

    Just jumped on flat bench and this young lad came over and asked if he could join really couldn’t be arsed as was only kicking about anyways so did

    Flat bench
    Few sets at 60kg, 80kg, 100kg then a few CG with 85kg

    Smith front shoulder press (weight only)
    8 x 40kg x 4 sets

    Really couldn’t be arsed as back is still goosed and had a rotten nights sleep.

    Few jobs to do today then out for a few beers around 4pm

    Lower back is still very twingey from last weeks squats reckon I’ve done something did feel a twinge coming up on 2nd Rep on final set. That with me coming down with a cold isn’t boding well.sleep has been shit all week and that’s even with alcohol.
