Basically just going to log any gym workouts as I find it easier to do on here than anywhere else. Old lifts Squat - 227.5kg DL - 260kg Bench - 3 x 150kg Log - 105kg Front squat - 155kg Don’t think I’d be anywhere near these numbers these days but still strong ish last year I developed a Deep Vein Thrombosis which I had 7 months of treatment on and even though I’m in the clear I’ve got a dodgy gene which wants my blood to clot so still need to be careful. Aim this year is to be mainly active cycling & and short runs along with hobby building as can’t keep away from the gym. Current weight is around 108kg aim is this year is to get down to as least 100kg gradually. Enjoy.
