    Beauty player mate but got a bad hamstring injury not long into the loan period but for the games he played he was awesome he was the link we needed between the midfield & attack.

    Said in local paper today that’s he is fit now but he won’t play every game but he has been cleared to stay by Man City as well.

    Aye was the same for us , when fit he's a cracking player , just like Rogic but he can't last 90 mind either.

    Weight this morning up slightly from recent weeks bit surprising actually as this week my food has been the best it’s been for weeks but do look a lot fuller

    Cried off for a ride out this morning so went in the garage and did

    Cambered bar squats (bar weight 25kg)
    8 x bar
    5 x 65kg x 2 sets
    5 x 75kg x 3 sets
    5 x 80kg x 2 sets (one set paused)
    5 x 100kg
    5 x 110kg paused

    Hammer curls 5kg DB
    12 x 10 sets

    Side raises 5kg DB
    12 x 10 sets

    EZ oh Tri Ext +20kg
    15 x 4 sets


    100kg



    110kg paused

    This weeks stats bit more riding but less walking about.

    6am this morning pissing down so jumped in the garage instead of riding to work.

    5kg Db hammer curls
    12 x 5 sets

    5kg DB side raises
    12 x 5 sets

    5kg DB OH Tricep Ext
    12 x 5 sets.

    Evening bits

    SSB bar squats
    8 x bar
    8 x 60kg x 4 sets
    Stopped there as felt a small twinge in quad

    5kg plate side / frontish raises
    12 x 7 sets

    20kg plate hold 1min then stopped easily done for longer next time.

    Ez bar +20kg OH Tricep Ext
    15 x 2 sets

    Time for tea now.

    New DB bars come today weigh 5kg

    DB Hammer curls
    12 x 10kg x 4 sets

    DB side / front raise
    12 x 10kg x 4 sets

    DB Oh Tricep ext
    12 x 10kg x 4 sets

    Single arm DB rows
    12 x 20kg x 4 sets

    Not counting clips decent set of DB Bars but can only really use small diameter plates on them.

    Ride and walk later if weathers holds out

    Still not really budging but not that bothered as longs I’m keeping the fitness levels up I’m happy and must be recomping a bit rib area is coming in a lot at the minute.

    Also made myself a challenge my years target was 2021 miles well I’m only 275 miles short which = 21.3 miles a day so going to try and nail that by the end of the month so I’ll have done my years total within 6 months big achievement that will be.

    Then DB Side raise
