    Few bits tonight.

    DB hammer curls
    12 x 15kg x 4 sets

    BB OHP
    12 x 40kg x 4 sets

    EZ bar +20kg Tricep Ext
    12, 12, 12, 12

    Side raise 2.5kg plate
    12, 12, 12, 12

    DB rows
    12 x 20kg x 4 sets

    Still cycling loads did a 38 miler last night and good one tomorrow as well.

    Keep it up till late sept hopefully then hit the gym for the winter.

    Was down to 100kg during the week but a huge KFC last night has shoved up up a little

    Gym opening again soon so will get lad back in there again obvs I will do a few bits as well.

    Felt hungover this morning with no drink last night wonder if it was the KFC along with a huge bike ride I did after work.

    Yeah mate made sure i had a pint of water before bed as well just must have been one of them days, thing is dehydration is bad for blood flow so its something i need to keep on top of these days

    Having a week off work this week off to Scarborough tomorrow till Friday not taking the bike either so chilled out week in a caravan with the family

    People just seem to be dropping like flys at the minute a old
    Mate who I used to speak in the town in my late teens early 20s has passed don’t know the details but quite a fit lad worked out played lots of football no weight in him has gone.

    Spoke to him a few year ago at Wembley of all places he jumped on me saying Fuckkng hell when did you get this big only 45 just shows it’s no age

    Called into the gym to restart my membership etc.

    Low incline DB press
    12 x 22kg x 2 sets
    10 x 26kg x 2 sets
    8 x 32kg
    8 x 36kg
    7 x 40kg

    Last heavy set really

    Gym has lost a bit of equipment due to the social distancing rule bit of a bummer but for what I’ll use it for I’m happy enough.

    Goner pop in again in the morning and do some arms as tomorrow night I’m starting to help out with the big lads lads rugby team training as they need a hand

    Off this week got a few birthdays going on so might get a bit of biking and gym in but off to Blackpool midweek for a few days.
