    Today’s weight after 2 wks off out off the last 3 weeks.

    Week in Scarborough few days in Blackpool two of the kids birthdays mega meals out etc and a few days on the piss and I’m still happy with the weight.

    Up to the first for a Half day mountain biking today then a meal and few drinks after quiet weekend this one as birthday next weekend so be plenty on.

    Over to Morecambe now surprise week visit hit the gym as weather is shite got bike with me as well.
