    12 x 45kg x 2 sets

    Medium grip pulldown
    12 x 45kg x 2 sets
    12 x 50kg x 2 sets

    Close grip pulldown
    8 x 50kg x 4 sets

    Facepulls
    15 x 18kg
    15 x 23kg
    15 x 27kg
    15 x 32kg

    11 mile quick spin out on the.mountain bike beforehand was well.

    Pulldown grips used were same as these ones

    Weather is shit over here in Morecambe so most prob gym again tonight.

    Upper Back / shoulder has been niggling all day like a nervy feeling get it every few months last a few days so thought I’d hit a bit of back as it might pump some blood or just give it a big fuckoff

    Managed to get back home on Monday wasn’t planned but all is good.

    Took big lad to the gym just basically did what he normally does so did

    Ham curls
    Leg raises
    EX curls
    Chest press
    Split arse machine (groin)
    Leg press
    V bar pushdowns
    Some BW squats
    Press ups

    No weights counted just movement really

    Going in myself tomorrow before work again.

    On call for work today it’s something that hasn’t really ever happened before!! it’s going to go ahead but fuck knows what time. Think it’s going to be a late night tonight.

    High incline DB press
    8 x 20kg x 2 sets
    8 x 26kg
    8 x 30kg
    8 x 34kg
    8 x 40kg
    8 x 44kg

    Fairly comfortable all of them should’ve went a bit higher but I was happy with what I did

    Few sets of tricep pushdowns

    Then took big lad on the pulldown machine give him a few goes with different grip positions.

    ISO bench press (weight a side)
    8 x 20kg x 2 sets
    8 x 30kg x 2 sets
    8 x 40kg x 2 sets

    DB bicep curls (same time)
    12 x 10kg x 4 sets

    Did over 40 miles yesterday on bike

    Hit 3000 miles for the year on Friday on the bikes over 5 types of bikes.

    Can imagine it will slow down shortly with weather and dark nights also I will be working away so must probs start hitting the gym a little harder again through the winter period I’ve a few goals but it would depend on the body rather than the mindset.
