    Just putting a bit of blood into the legs as did a 30 mile ride last night up no 76 of 100 of the countries biggest hill climbs

    Just a quick one wanted to do some pulley shit bit to many people pumping the arms up and doing weird movements that I’ve never seen before anyways off home now weekend off
