    Few bits in the garage.

    Incline bench
    SOHP
    BB curls
    EZ bar OH ext
    Side raise

    Didn’t bother counting weights just enough to make me work.

    Been ravenous today didn’t eat much till dinner time then had some chicken n rice then this afternoon I couldn’t stop scoffing.

    Did commute on bike today as well pretty much there and back today no extra miles really so about 24miles In total

    reminiscing an old 2014 old log, how the mighty as fallen :rofl::lol:

    Nipped down to Dig's gym today for the 500lb squat attempt

    Back squats
    8 x 70kg
    6 x 100kg
    3 x 130kg
    2 x 170kg
    1 x 190kg
    1 x 210kg
    1 x 220kg PB belt on now
    1 x 227.5kg PB get in there
    Dig might be able to tell you more about the squat but didn't feel it was a balls out squat but heavy enough all the same

    Deadlifts
    8 x 60kg
    6 x 110kg
    4 x 150kg
    2 x 180kg
    1 x 200kg
    1 x 220kg
    3 x 230kg PB
    Happy with these Dig reckoned I had another rep but grip had gone on 3rd.

    Then just a few cable flys n some ab shit :)

    So all in all 3 PBs can't be any happier than that :)

    This week weight and last weeks!! food this week hasn’t been as clean as weeks previous.

    Think I’ve just had a dodgy spell

    Done approx 38 mile today on a few crackers & two slices of toast need to get food inside me straight away post ride not hours later.

    Seem to be waking up daily around 105kg now which is good as was around 110-112kg mid March.

    Small steps still could do with tightening diet up a little but I’m happy as it is for now.

    Might try and put a few more miles in this week but feeling flat as fuck but can’t be arsed with weights at the minute garage is too full.

    Planned on a run tonight wanted to do a 4 miler but Mrs lost her aunty today so just stayed at home and did a few bits in the garage instead.

    SSB box squats using bench
    12 x 30kg
    12 x 40kg
    12 x 60kg x 2 sets
    12 x 70kg x 2 sets

    Easy as fuck more like a squat you see in the gym not quite parallel

    Side raises with 5kg plate
    12, 12 12

    Hammer curls 5kg
    24, 24, 25

    Planning on riding to work next 3 days

    Fucked today commute to work was just a plod on the mountain bike decent ride home mind 30 mile of which around 25 of it was off road riding.

    @round2 watching that buffet place in Watford on tV have you been JRC buffet

    Last week this week another bit of a drop feel a bit of body dysmorphia coming in had many people say this week that I’ve lost weight.

    I know mate it’s shocking need to do some weights really and put some blood back in the muscles.

    Gotta say earlier in the year pre lockdown I was enjoying hitting the gym when I was away started doing some decent deadlifts again bench was always shit but tend to just hit incline now anyways started to feel the buzz again but then really needed to shift some weight anyways so now the time is right I suppose.

    If I can push a bit more now come winter when I hit the gym again when the weather changes it will do me some good and potentially look better.

    SSB squats
    8 x bar
    8 x 50kg x 2 sets
    8 x 70kg x 2 sets
    8 x 80kg

    Side raise 5kg
    12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

    EZ bar +20kg curls
    8, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12

    EZ bar +20kg Tricep Oh
    8, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12
