I'm currently backs and nights do only 2 days training per week for now.

Goals are just making the 2 days , lost motivation , look like shit but I always did , focus going from strength to just being active and hopefully this keeps me accountable when I can't be arsed training I have to post here.

Upper

Bench
BOR
OHP
Arms

Lower

Squat
DL ( conv) although I am sumo mostly
But back and ham the focus here

Of I can make the gym I'll add in some wide pulldowns , dips and seated rows.

2 days a week , what a nob, but sit happens.
 
your gonna need destroy your self on them 2 days.

What made you lose motivation?

New job mate , new dog , covid shite although I have a gym in my shed I just couldn't be arsed. Doing backshift and nights rotating leaves little time , I used to prioritise gym time over family time and as I've got older I've realised it doesn't need to be 4/5 times per week.

Could do a half body?

Squat
Bench
Rows

deadlift
Overhead
Pull-ups

throw a bit extra in when you feel the need but would hit things like quads/ hams tris and bi more frequently
Yeah a Brawn type abbreviated routine. Good stuff

Looks good

You could add some tricep work the first day and curls after the second if your arsed
