My main aim is to lose any excess body fat and start to build muscle.

I am 3 weeks into Stronglifts 5x5 so this is how I will be training until I can lift some decent weight.

I won't update this log all the time with diet and training but will do summary's of how there going every now and again.

It's been a over a month since I started this log and training has been going good (apart from 11 days off due to being ill and then getting back to the gym [emoji17])

My body shape hasn't change to much as my dieting has been about 65-70% committed. I have been a bit to relaxed on the weekends.

I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 for a couple of months now and hitting some PB's on my bench press and deadlifts so I'm happy with that and it's good for motivation.

Moving forward this next month I want to keep my diet clean throughout as I really need to reduce my BF and start lean bulking. I also want to hit PB's on my Squats and OH Press. Currently at Squats 75kg and OH Press 47.50kg so not long now. [emoji3]
