hey guys, thort id bring my journal over here now is getting closer to diet mode for the brits........currently siting at 260 pounds at 5 ft 6 n jus fin a small blast, hav an 8 week cruise befor a 20 week comp prep starts for the brits....the goal is top 3 but obv wud love to win plan wise during my cruise is to use sum new peptides not used yet....will b cjc1923+ipamorlin+ghrp6 2-3 times a day 15min pre meals with slin at meal times my food break down at moment is 110c/45f/75p 6 times a day training wise i lift heavy and dnt like fkin about with many gay isolation movements unless i hav to at moment im workign with numerous ppl in their offseason, am prepping little chris for pompey too and v pleased thus far with his look

cheers guys appreciate the support a lot, i am v v focused at moment and wil give this my all cj training wise is a push/pull/legs variation in which hit the first session again at end of week so looks like this legs/push/rest/pull/legs/rest/.rest/push/pull/rest/legs/push/rest/rest/pull/legs/rest/push/pull/rest/rest then starts again haha , 2 sets per exercise, one heavy, one lighter, 3-4 ecercises big bodypart, 1-2 exercises small bodypart
aaron abs r still ther matey jus so friggin bloated cnt keep them tight wen posing, enuff is enuff tho and now taking measures to cut bk the water...cardio+a lil adex shud do the job cos too much water is jus unhealthy.....next lot of bloods will b taken in 4 weeks and i want everythin nicely in range
