All steroids can cause structural changes in the heart and hardening/stiffening/calcification of the arteries etc
I’m sure JP is aware of this, a lot of guys bury their head in the sand and convince themselves that if bloods/BP are in range everything is hunky-dory.

Unfortunately it’s the damage we can’t see and can’t be undone which is the silent killer.

Yeah I guess the question is how much can he reverse any negative effects like heart enlargement assuming it can actually be.

Dropping body weight I guess would help but if he is still lifting monster amounts the stress will still be there

Steroids aside, just being as heavy as he is isn't healthy but he knows that.
It'll be interesting to see what he looks like at 220-240lbs, I bet he will look a lot healthier/younger.

I would struggle to hit less than 6-7k a day. Averaging around 12-15k

2000 steps is literally only around 25 mins max continuous walking

I'd done 3500 by 7am this morning and hadn't gone for a walk before work today.
Didn't feel like I'd done anything at that point tbh. I'm heavier, but about a foot taller lol.

The last video I saw he was talking on camera and looked almost like a caricature of his former self, he's a clever guy and I'm sure it's overdue. Fair play to him.

its aged him for sure.... who knows - but you would guess yes with the large usage and his BW for years? but for sure stopping now and bringing body weight down is going to help him - I know he is health supp and blood work focused but the guy does hardly any steps or cardio at his weight and carrying that amount of muscle is going to tax everything.....plus his training style too

    Cheers

Fairly big doses but not ridiculous at his size imo

Yeah from what I recall his stance was pushing up to 3.5g mark and then the rest went towards peptides. he proclaimed that amount for himself was the sweet spot and that any further was pushing diminished returns for him regarding AAS.

Milos had him on a good 80-100iu slin when pushing to 300lb mark. His old ukm log when much younger he was running pretty heavy stacks at that time.

I recall a loaf of riff raff about it all as he had released new content years later discussing growing on a little bit of test in comparison to accumulating the tissue he had from much larger cycles in the past.
