Just Finished

    I’ve just finished my first cycle of Test E at approximately 420mg per week for 14 weeks. I’m quite pleased with the results.

    I’ll be cruising for around 8 weeks and then start my second cycle.

    I started training at approximately 15st then trimmed down to 10.10st, that’s when I started the cycle. I’m now 12.7st. I am looking forward to the next cycle at will more than likely be picking your brains for info.

    Current goals are to keep adding mass until about 13.5/14st and then go on a cut.

    Thanks pal, I’m 33. I know I’ll be back on in 8 weeks or so. I didn’t think It would be worth coming off entirely and then go back on.

    Well done for getting lean first
    So many people aren't prepared to diet down before adding size and starting a cycle
    Inevitably just ending up fatter

    What are your lifts like now compared to pre cycle?

    Thanks mate. Lifts have shot up week on week, pre cycle I wasn’t lifting heavy mainly high reps.

    What you thinking for your 2nd cycle mate? Another Test only cycle?

    Thank you mate.

    Thinking of doing test e at 500mg PW for 10W and Var At 50mg PD. Looking into how long I should run the Var might do 8W or the full 10.
