Knee Acl Recontruction Rehab With Tb500 And Bpc-157

I will be keeping a log with the use of two peptides BPC-157 & TB500, they will be taken post operatively to observe the effect towards recovery of a ACL reconstruction with an "Allograft". Please note an Allograft is a tissue graft from a foreign donor and not from your own body

This is the second reconstruction i am having, however previously i was using my own graft which would of healed faster as it was my own tissue...however even then it took 5-6 months till i could start Squatting again

The hope is to stimulate the development of new blood vessels towards the donor graft with TB 500 to develop a faster recover. The problem with any knee operation is the lack of blood supply in the knee joint, thus why so many people suffer for years with chronic pain or re-injury, the ligaments around the knee heal at a very slow rate "naturally as ligaments do", but the ACL however rarely heals at all. Being an Allograft, the process required that the graft dies first in the body before it can begin to heal and become your own, this is why the first 4-6 months you must be extremely careful as the graft gets weaker and weaker and thus more prone to failure. There is then a process of remodeling from around 6 months where the body starts to now restructure and remodel the graft to fuse to the bone, rebuild its strength and density with the still developing blood supply, and slowly become a fixated to the bone as a LIVING replacement ligament. Here is where BPC - 157 comes in as it accelerates the healing of ligaments and also healing of tendon to bone, in the remodeling process the body will remodel the tissue to resemble the previous ligament structure that was previously there. However all reconstructions are never as strong as your original ligament, this is mainly due to the loss and break down of tissue in the dying phase from day 1 to month 6, here is where BPC -157 and TB500 will hopefully be making the difference.
if we are to speed up the process of creating a new blood supply to the graft and accelerate the fusion of our new graft to the bone, it should thus preserve the integrity and strength of the graft , this will not only help us recover faster, but we will also theoretically yield a much more stronger graft then initially and commonly expected.

Protocol will be as follows
Deca Durabolin @ 250mg's pw as per, continuing from pre op
Sustanon @ 250mg's pw as per, continuing from pre op
BPC- 157@ 250mcg, taken twice per day directly into the knee location
TB500 @ 2mg, taken twice per week, directly into the knee location (Sub Q is also an option with TB500)
Hydroxocobalamin (Vitamin B12) injections 1mg per week

The above will be continued for however long needed, adjustments will be made depending on results and how i feel

Diet: nothing restricted, mainly fresh home cooked meals and a good source of protein intake

Things to Avoid:

Nattokinase :avoid this supplement as it dissolves blood clots & fibrin "dead tissue"...being an Allograft the enzymes may risk breaking down your graft.
Serrapeptase: avoid this supplement as it dissolves Scar tissue and again the enzymes will interpret the foreign graft as waste debris to be broken down and removed from the body.

I personally have used these two supplements for keeping the veins clean and pipes working, excellent and worth looking into to prevent DVT, heart attacks and strokes...its good for your parents, so regardless for your own health, maybe consider it for them.

Today is currently a little over 2 weeks post op & MY 2nd day taking BPC and TB, until this point i made sure i did not used any of the peptides to ensure full range of motion was achieved first before attempting to accelerate any healing of the tendons and joints.

So far i have noticed within 48 hours:
better control of motion
noticeable less pain than i have been experiencing over the days leading up.
More sleep than usual
reduced swelling
Slight increase in hunger

Anyone with Advice or experience to share, please do
Will keep you guys updated with my journey :)

Right i have been a little behind on an update due to work so i guess i should patch up on whats been happening.
its been roughly 3-4 weeks and my knee has improved allot! , pain is much less but still present however, i started to add HGH @ 3iu injected locally into the mix but have found that the common dry joints symptom impacting me hard on the operated knee, so i stopped after a week. (symptoms disappear after about a day of stopping the shotts)

so So far so good, allot less pain in the knee, walking is fluid without any tension and stability is allot more noticeable early compared to my previous operation without any peps.

some interesting things have also been happening for me.....My hair!. My hair has stopped falling out , and is growing allot faster on my head, its allot softer than it has ever been and i can only attribute this to perhaps the TB500.I cant be sure if this was happening because of he BPC also, but it was happening way before i added the GH anyway... after doing a bit of reading i think TB500 is responsible here. Usually when i brush my hands through my hair each day i would loose at least 80-100 hairs. Now that figure is down to 10 hairs or even less!! i think i have found something to help with my hairloss.

I seem allot fuller more quickly in the Gym, i am recovering allot faster as i can really engage my muscles around the knee, however i still must be careful for the next 8-12 months and focus allot on building that knee.

to Summarize.
Evident pain reduction in first week, greatly improved over 2-3 weeks
Recovery in the gym is faster
Hair stopped falling out and is softer whilst growing allot faster
Knee muscles are switching on faster then and are way more responsive compared to the same surgery and recovery period without peps.

so far so good with the knee
Next step is to start hitting the weights and note the progress in rate of redevelopment and also how Muscle atrophy is effected with the peps

Mr Bruce Wayne,

Man, I would love to get an update on how you are doing. I am in a very similar situation. I had a previous acl reconstruction with allograft that has been torn again and I am looking at another reconstruction. I am super curious to hear of your recovery process, and would love some advice as I head towards surgery.

Its been some time since I gave an update on this wolverine schedule I ran. Will post where we are today very shortly for all the forum to read and enjoy.
