so i have been currently on carb cycling for last 3 weeks
approx 2500cals a day average a week
thinking off dropping them to below 2000 average for last 2 weeks
just want to get in shape and get photoshoot over with
recent pics are in "the big picture thread"
is this a good or bad approach?
how do ye dial in last 2 weeks if being diet?
cardio is 40min ed and weights 4-5 times a week
